PMP Certification Roadmap (5 days)

This course provides an overview of project management concepts and principles using presentations, practical exercises, exams and discussions. Designed for students preparing to sit the PMP certification exam, it is 100% compliant with the PMI Standard in Project Management (PMBOK). Key topics reviewed include project charter, project plan, WBS, risk, project roles and responsibilities, communication, team building and conflict resolution. Case studies are customizable for individual organisations.

Many Fortune 500 companies today demand of their suppliers and partners that PMP Certified Professionals be on staff and will state this requirement in RFP's and tenders.

Contract Management (1 day)

This course covers the fundamentals of contract management. Economic uncertainty and regulatory requirements have put contract management on enterprise's strategic agendas. Our one day course ensures your staff understand the basics of a contract and delivers measurable improvements in financial and operational performance whilst protecting your company's interests in any negotiation.
